VoltPro (“the App”) is developed and operated by Soheyb Alouach (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. The App runs entirely on your device, 100% offline, with no ads, no account, and no trackers.

1. Information We Process

2.1 Information stored locally on your device

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device (local storage):

• Your settings: display language, conductor material, preferences
• The electrical panels you compose and your saved worksites (worksite name, circuits)
• The PRO key unlock status
• A local usage counter (triggering, once, the native Google Play review prompt)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2.2 Device language

On first launch, the App reads your device’s configured language, locally, solely to display the interface in your language (French, English, Portuguese, or Romanian). This information is not transmitted to anyone.

2.3 Exported PDF documents

Panel reports (PDF) are generated locally on your device. Printing or sharing them happens exclusively at your initiative, through your device’s own features.

3.1 Google Play Billing (In-App Purchase)

The App offers a single one-time in-app purchase (“PRO key”) that unlocks certain features for life. This transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store any payment information. Billing data is governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

This is the only third-party service used by the App. No advertising, analytics, or tracking service is integrated.

The App is a professional tool intended for electricians, apprentices, and experienced DIYers. It does not target children under 13 and collects no data about them.

1. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App. We retain nothing on our end. Note: uninstalling permanently deletes your saved worksites — export your PDF reports first if you wish to keep them.

1. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability over your personal data. As we collect no personal data directly, these rights are mainly exercisable with Google for data related to Google Play Billing. For any other inquiry, contact us at the address below.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application VoltPro (“the App”), provided by Soheyb Alouach (“we”, “us”, “the Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

VoltPro is an electrical sizing aid: cable cross-section calculation, voltage drop, end-of-line short-circuit current, electrical panel composition, label and PDF report generation, based on the French NF C 15-100 standard. The App runs on your device and stores your data locally, as described in the Privacy Policy above.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

1. Electrical Work Disclaimer ⚡

This section is essential. Read it carefully.

VoltPro is an aid and information tool. It is neither an electrical design study, nor an execution document, nor a certificate of conformity.

• The results provided (cross-sections, breaker ratings, currents, panel compositions, generated documents) are indicative only, based on simplified NF C 15-100 data, and may not cover all specifics of your installation (installation methods, temperatures, circuit grouping, special installations…).
• They are in no way a substitute for a qualified professional’s study, regulatory verifications, or Consuel inspection.
• Electrical work involves serious hazards (electric shock, electrocution, fire). It must be carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and, whenever regulation or prudence requires it, by a qualified and authorized person.
• You are solely responsible for the design, execution, and compliance of your installations, and for any decision made based on the App’s results.

The Developer accepts no liability for bodily, material, or immaterial damage resulting from work carried out on the basis of information provided by the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the App.

1. In-App Purchase (“PRO Key”)

The App offers a single, permanent in-app purchase (“PRO key”) unlocking additional features (unlimited panel composition, PDF export, worksites).

• Billing. The purchase is processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information.
• No subscription. The PRO key is a one-time payment, with no auto-renewal and no recurring fees.
• Restoring. You can restore your purchase on a new device via the App’s “Restore purchases” option, using the same Google account.
• Refunds are handled solely by Google Play, according to its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Prices may change; any change applies only to future purchases.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to circumvent PRO feature restrictions or the App’s security;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

1. Your Data

Your worksites, panels, and settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own backups (notably by exporting your PDF reports). We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or device change.

1. Intellectual Property

The App — name, logo, design, text, software — is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable law. These Terms transfer no ownership rights to you. “NF C 15-100” refers to a standard published by AFNOR; the App is neither published, endorsed, nor certified by AFNOR, Consuel, or any standards body.

The App relies on Google Play and Google Play Billing, subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of results, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or bodily or material damage related to electrical work, arising out of your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its PRO features if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 2, 7, 9, and 10) will continue to apply.
